Job Overview:

As a Senior HR Manager you will oversee all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our team and ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process. Your strategic leadership and expertise in HR best practices will be essential in fostering a positive and productive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
  • Develop compensation and benefits plans
  • Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
  • Host in-house recruitment events
  • Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
  • Review departmental budgets
  • Organize learning and development programs
  • Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner
  • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations

Job requirements

Your profile

  • 7+ years of experience working in HR
  • Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of labor legislation
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Excellent mentorship and leadership skills
  • Proven experience in bringing out healthy employee relations
  • Sound knowledge of employee benefits and compensation plans
  • Abilities to ensure legal compliance
  • Complete know-how of talent recruitment processes and employee benefits programs
