ABOUT THIS ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the team and play a key role in leading the product design process from ideation to implementation and iteration. In this position, your strong background in product design and keen eye for detail will lead to the creation of intuitive and engaging digital experiences. You will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our products, iterate on user journeys, and evaluate and refine user flows.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll work closely with our CPO and lead all tasks related to product design. Primary responsibilities include:
Own and lead the creation and implementation of product strategies that align with the company's goals and user needs
Own the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that convey the design concepts and interaction models; continuously refine these based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and testing results
Conduct and analyse usability tests, ensuring the product meets user needs and expectations
Own the reporting of findings from usability tests and recommending design changes based on these insights
Lead the analysis of user research data, translating insights into actionable design improvements
Create impactful product and UI designs to ensure that the user interface is not only functional but also visually appealing and consistent with brand guidelines and design system
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS
To thrive in this role, you’ll need relevant experience, and both a creative and a proactive mindset. Here’s what we’re looking for:
8+ years of experience in product design (great if in B2B SaaS), with a strong portfolio of web, and mobile app expertise in user-centred and problem-solving
Understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility
Excellent UX, design, and research tooling experience (e.g. Figma)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
English fluency (written/spoken internally)
German fluency (written/spoken with customers)
