Job Overview: As the Senior Finance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing our financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting and reporting, and supporting strategic finance and financing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing accounting processes, managing SaaS and investor reporting, and handling various finance topics.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting and Financial Management:

• Oversee all accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with relevant standards.

Saas KPI's and Investor Reporting:

• Develop and manage comprehensive reporting for SaaS metrics and KPIs.
• Prepare financial reports for investors and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the executive team to provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.

Finance and Financing Topics:

• Lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage cash flow, funding, and capital structure to support business growth.
• Explore and implement financing options to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.

Your profile

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing financial operations in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Experience in investor relations and reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and drive execution without getting lost in details.
• Hands-on mentality, leading by example.
• Proficiency in financial software and analytics tools.
• Fluent in German and English.
