Meisterwerk is building the next generation workforce management platform to become the leading provider of project management and planning software SME craftsman and crafts related companies.

Recruiting coordinators complete a number of human resources tasks, mainly related to recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees.

Job requirements

What you’ll do:

  • Work with hiring manager to design and implement overall hiring strategy
  • Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
  • Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and universities boards etc
  • Source candidates by using databases and social media
  • Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
  • Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
  • Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
  • Coordinate interview activities and including relevant parties into the process when needed
  • Process and create offer documents
  • Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
  • Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
  • Communicate professionally and efficiently, treating all candidates with respect and providing a great candidate experience
  • Resolve applicant inquiries related to open positions
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
